While it is great to have access to some of the high-end orchestral libraries for film or TV composing, Cubase users can easily start work with just their favourite DAW and the rather good Iconica Sketch library that’s available free for HALion (free or paid version). And, the compact format of the library makes it great for using with a laptop system if you are needing to create while traveling away from home studio.
