I’m always interested in software that supports the compositional process and, when much of my own work on that front gets done within my DAW -of-choice, and my (pretty average) piano keyboard skills can be a bottleneck, tools such as ChordAXE can prove very useful. This MIDI plugin provides an interesting combination of ‘music theory meets chord triggering’ and, i you are looking for a tool that can help you experiment with chord sequences to inspire new musical ideas, then it’s certainly worth a look….
