There is lo-fi…. and then there’s LO-FI….. because EastWest’s LO-FI library caught me a bit by surprise. I suspect the rise of lo-fi in its ‘study music’ format is probably the main reason for that but, I digress a bit. EastWest’s new library is not really aimed at that musical context. Instead, this is LO-FI in a dark, high-quality, deliberately gritty, Hip-Hop sort of a way. Can LO-FI be high-fidelity? Well, it kind of is here…. Anyway, check out the full review in SOS….
