I’ve mentioned Dreamtonics’ amazing Synthesizer V on a few occasions on the blog (including stuff I’ve done for SOS about the software). Vocal synthesis is an very interesting field from a technical perspective; just how realistic can synthesized vocal sound? However, it’s also very interesting in terms of what it does to your head when you hear a song and whether you know (or can tell) whether the vocals are synthesized or not….
Anyway, Dreamtonics have now officially released V2 of the software. Synth V could already generate very realistic results and, while I’ve been fortunate enough to have access to a pre-release beta for a few weeks now, I’m really looking forward to exploring the initial release version now that it is available….
Review in SOS to follow…. and I’m sure some further commentary will appear here also 🙂
