Sample Logic make some great virtual instruments. Their original Arpology (which was released some 10 years ago if I recall correctly) provides a very cool blend of some excellent sample-based sounds and a very creative set of arpeggiator tools. The end result was something that both electronic music producers and media composers found very useful.
Arpology X brings that concept up to date. Designed for Kontakt, it makes good use of the improvements under the hood in that host over the last 10 years. The UI is much slicker and the arp/pattern options even better. Anyway, I enjoyed exploring this one and you might too….. so check out the short SOS review to find out more….
