Cubase 14 added some excellent new creative features but the new Drum Machine was one of the obvious highlights. It did, of course, bring a whole bunch of excellent preset drum kits to explore…. but, with features that provide a sort of combination of elements drawn from both Groove Agent and Backbone, the new Drum Machine is also great for some DIY sound design…. which is kind of what I explored in this workshop…..
