I’m not sure what the fine folk at Sonuscore eat for breakfast, but it certainly sets them up for creating some genuinely impressive virtual instruments…. and, in particular, performance engines in said instruments.
There is some history here as Sonuscore’s expertise has appeared within products by a number of virtual instrument developers (for example, they are responsible for EastWest’s Orchestrator technology) as well as their own products such as The Orchestra.
The Score – produced in collaboration with Best Service – is the latest product to get the benefit of this expertise and, combined with what is an impressive collection of sample-based orchestral sounds, this is an amazing piece of software. It’s also one which appeal at various levels and to various types of user……
Anyway, if the prospect of a fine sounding orchestra that allows even the novice composer to produce some genuinely epic results appeals, then do read the full SOS review….
